Join us on April 14th, at 3pm as Riverwise Magazine presents another epic Poetry as Visionary Resistance Workshop at KAN Books! The workshop themed “Literacy By Any Means Necessary” is facilitated by Know Allegiance Nation and Petty Propolis.
You will learn about poetic devices, structures and techniques you can use in your writing, as well as how to make your voice shine through performance. Literacy happens everywhere we choose to acknowledge words. Join us as we not only vision a powerful literate society, we create a more literate society through the eloquence of poetry By Any Means Necessary.
