Receive free hands-on demonstrations, tools, tips, and raffle prizes that can help you check for and/or repair water and energy inefficiencies inside and outside your home.

Hosted by the Detroit Revitalization Fellowship Program and funded through the Erb Family Foundation, these free DIY Water + Energy Efficiency Home Audit and Maintenance Workshop will take place at a Detroit Land Bank-owned home on:

Through hands-on demonstrations, led by licensed professionals, workshops will inform participants of best practices in assessing the energy efficiency of their home. Participants will learn troubleshooting techniques that are intended to help manage energy use and decrease annual utility costs for the household.

These mini-workshops & demonstrations will help you better understand the cost-savings that can be achieved by making your homes more energy efficient!  Hands-on demos will cover insulation, downspouts, fixing minor leaks, hiring contractors, and more! Representatives from Clear Corps, Eco Works, Detroit Training Center, and Brick + Beam will be there!
